📅 Availability: Weekday and weekend shifts (mornings, evenings, and mid-day)

Your Role:

As a key point of contact for our members and guests, you’ll be responsible for:

• Greeting and engaging members with warmth, energy, and professionalism

• Managing bookings, member check-ins, retail sales, and phone/email queries

• Supporting our wider wellness, spa, and fitness departments by ensuring smooth, efficient front-of-house operations

• Maintaining an immaculate presentation of the reception area and shared spaces

• Responding calmly and confidently to member needs or issues

Who You Are:

• You thrive in a fast-paced, premium environment

• You bring a high standard of personal presentation and communication

• You’re a team player who owns your role and takes pride in exceeding expectations

• Previous experience in customer service, front desk, hospitality or wellness is highly regarded, but energy, attitude, and reliability matter most
