About the Role
Strong teams go further and as a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in keeping day to day operations running smoothly by coordinating travel, training compliance, purchasing, onboarding and administrative activities to support and assist with project activities.

• Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transport) for project team members
• Manage staff compliance records through internal systems and databases
• Order and maintain records of uniforms and PPE requirements
• Schedule and coordinate training bookings, ensuring compliance requirements are met
• Raise purchase orders for overheads, subcontractors and project related requirements
• Maintain key registers including assets, tools, keys, credit cards, vehicles, travel and purchase orders

Required Skills and Experience
You enjoy being busy, are flexible and proactive with a can-do attitude and have previous administration experience or project support experience.

• Ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft suite
• Being proactive with a can-do attitude
