Claims Administrator

RecoverSmart is a motor vehicle accident centre. We act on behalf of people who were involved in, but not at fault for, car accidents by assisting them in the recovery of any damage or loss suffered as a result of the collision.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team in a full-time capacity as a Claims Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing an exceptional level of customer service to clients and all relevant parties;

• Liaising and negotiating with third-party insurance companies and negligent third parties;

• Undertaking claims review including determining liability and recognising/resolving disputes;

• Managing claims correspondence via email, telephone and letter drafting;

• End to end management of claims;

• Data entry – manual and electronic;

• Providing support and reporting to Senior Management as required; and

• Performing ad hoc office duties and tasks as directed.

Key Requirements:

• Professional written and verbal communication skills;

• Professional telephone manners;

• Excellent time management/organisational skills;

• Great attention to detail;

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;

• Computer literate with competencies in Microsoft product offerings; and

• Willing to stay long-term.

Hours:
