Physiotherapist - Gosnells

• Salary: $81,458 - $112,624 + Salary Packaging (providing tax benefits of up to $18,550)
• Permanent Full Time position based in Gosnells

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalised treatment plans that promote quality of life
• Utilise your expertise promoting positive interactions and increased independence.
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing your valuable insights and recommendations for holistic client care
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and innovative approaches in your field, enhancing your skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, and intervention to support customer goals and functional outcomes
• Ability to implement and promote contemporary best practice
• Have a strong understanding of person- and family-centred practice
• Work collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding customer outcomes
• Uphold clinical governance, ensuring compliance with legislation, standards, and Rocky Bay policies

Qualifications and Experience:

• A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential
• Experience in building successful working relationships with customers, families, carers, and stakeholders. 
• Proven experience in providing physiotherapy services, preferably in a disability or community setting
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Sound knowledge of Work Health & Safety and risk management
• Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution
• Current AHPRA registration
• Experience in the disability sector and delivering therapy services under the NDIS (desirable)
