About the role

Specsavers Morisset is seeking a Casual Optical Assistant to join our retail team in Morisset, NSW. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional eyecare experience to our customers, ensuring they receive the highest quality service and product solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Warmly greet and engage with customers, understanding their specific needs and preferences

• Assist customers with frame selection, lens options and product information

• Process customer transactions and payments with accuracy and efficiency

• Maintain a clean, tidy and visually appealing store environment

• Restock and rotate merchandise as required

• Provide outstanding customer service and support at all times

What we're looking for

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a friendly and professional customer experience

• Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills for accurate order processing

• Enthusiasm for providing exceptional service and a genuine interest in eyecare

• Flexible and adaptable, weekend availability a must!

• No optical experience necessary!
