PART-TIME RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR (FIXED-TERM CONTRACT)

Industrie Clothing was founded in 1999, and is now an institution in Australian Menswear. We focus on producing modern, practical and instinctively masculine clothing for every man.
We pride ourselves on sourcing the best fabric and trims from around the world and creating garments you can easily piece together for complete looks. With over 120 stores throughout Australia including concession locations and wholesale, there is bound to be a location near you!

We're looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm and a genuine willingness to learn. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, love keeping busy and be the type of person who's happy to roll up their sleeves and dive in headfirst.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in recruitment. Whether you're studying Human Resources, Business or a related field, you'll gain hands-on experience and exposure to all aspects of in-house recruitment.

Your Key Functions Will Include (but not limited to!):
Support Recruitment Manager in the coordination of Christmas Recruitment
Support in the posting of ads (Seek/LinkedIn/Indeed) and closing once filled
Support hiring managers through recruitment process by reviewing and shortlisting applications
Conducting phone screens with active applicants
Timely communication with candidates to schedule interviews or advise application outcomes, always ensuring a positive candidate experience
Maintain a consistent recruitment process standards across retail network
Support in maintaining accuracy of recruitment reporting, vacancy tracking and candidate data
File and maintain candidate database, including profiles, screens and additional notes
What You’ll Bring:
Studying Human Resources and/or Business Management desirable
Exposure to and experience working in a Retail environment
Proven ability to develop relationships within the client base and across the business at a variety of levels
Strong attention to detail competency with MS Office
Honesty and Integrity
Results Driven and Action Oriented
Flexible with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and changing environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management skills and a disciplined approach to deadlines.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
