About the role:

Reporting into our Technical Services Manager this role will suit a experience technical engineer who bridges the gap between complex infrastructure cloud operations and reliable day-to-day operations

Act as the primary administrator for the Office 365 suite, with deep focus on Microsoft Teams and OneDrive governance

Manage Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), including Enterprise Applications, SAML-based Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations, and identity governance.

Configure, maintain, and optimize a comprehensive Broadcom VMware VCF (Cloud Foundation) infrastructure, including ESXi hosts and vCenter Servers

Maintain the health, security, and replication of core Windows Server environments, including Active Directory (AD) and Group Policies.

Manage infrastructure life-cycle services: File servers, Network Policy Server (NPS), Certificate Authority (PKI), IIS web servers, and VPN gateways.

Administer the Microsoft Defender suite to protect the enterprise footprint (Defender for Servers, Defender for Endpoint, and Defender for Office 365 for advanced email filtering).

About You:

This role will suit an a technically proficient individual who can present with:

5 yrs plus experience in a Cloud engineer role in a complex Cloud and On Prem Server environment

Expert knowledge of and experience in the maintenance of Windows servers and operating systems

Virtualization: Deep, hands-on technical knowledge of VMware VCF, vCenter, NSX-T, and Aria Operations.

Cloud Architecture: Proven track record of managing complex Microsoft 365, Exchange Hybrid, and Entra ID environments.

Networking & Security: Strong grasp of foundational networking (routing, switching, load balancing via NetScaler) and cybersecurity principles (endpoint protection, email security, and web filtering).

Soft Skills: Exceptional troubleshooting methodology ("root-cause mindset"), excellent documentation skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members. About our Recruitment Process:
