About the role
Stay Upright, the pioneer of motorcycle rider training, is a nationally recognised training organisation, that has successfully expanded its operations into Heavy Vehicles with the acquisition of Advanced Heavy Vehicle Driver Training, based in Tullamarine.
We are seeking to expand our team of experienced Heavy Vehicle Trainer & Assessors and are looking for someone who can train and assess across all levels of Heavy Vehicle Licensing, up to and including Multi-Combination (MC).

What you’ll be doing:
Deliver training and assessment in Heavy Vehicles in line with compliance requirements of VicRoads.
Guide and mentor new operators with patience, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Continue your development to become a trainer and assessor in a range of Heavy Vehicle courses.
Represent Stay Upright’s 45-year legacy of safety, professionalism, and fun.
What you’ll need:
Accreditation to train & assess in Heavy Vehicles up to MC, under VicRoads.
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent.
Current MC, HC or HR (non-synchro) heavy vehicle driver licence.
Willingness to complete the VicRoads Assessor Course as part of your initial training.
Extensive practical experience within the transport and/or training sector.
Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
