About the Role

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will work from home, in the office and on the road, representing Australian Agricultural Drones at demonstrations, field days and customer meetings while also creating engaging social media content that showcases our products and services.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and online.

• Assist customers with enquiries and recommend the most suitable drone systems.

• Conduct on-farm product demonstrations and attend agricultural events.

• Travel to customer locations throughout Queensland and occasionally interstate.

• Create engaging social media videos, photos and posts explaining our drone systems, accessories and services.

• Present confidently on camera and communicate technical information in a simple, relatable way.

• Build lasting relationships with farmers, contractors and industry partners.

• Assist with general sales administration and follow-up enquiries.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, professional and confident speaking with customers.

• Comfortable appearing on camera for social media content.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Organised with excellent communication skills.

• Willing to travel for demonstrations and industry events.

• Passionate about agriculture, aviation or emerging technology.

Desirable Experience

Experience in one or more of the following will be highly regarded:

• Sales or customer service.

• Agricultural operations or farming.

• Agricultural drone operations.

• Aviation.

• Digital marketing or social media content creation.

Essential Requirements

• Current CASA Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) OR ability to obtain one prior to employment.

• Current Australian Driver Licence.

• Ability to travel throughout Queensland and occasionally interstate.
