Air-Conditioning Technician – Sydney Metro

SP&R Group is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Air-Conditioning Technicians to join our NSW team.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified technician looking for a stable, long-term role with a growing Australian business, working across a diverse range of commercial HVAC sites throughout Sydney Metro, including the Northern, Southern and Western suburbs, as well as regional NSW.

You’ll be responsible for preventative maintenance, servicing, breakdowns, fault finding and repairs across commercial air-conditioning systems. Experience with VRF/VRV systems and commercial refrigeration is highly desirable.

What we’re looking for

• Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration qualification

• Minimum 3–5 years’ industry experience

• Current ARC Licence

• White Card

• Valid Driver’s Licence

• Ability to successfully complete a basic police check

• VRF/VRV experience highly desirable

• Commercial refrigeration experience highly desirable

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Professional presentation and communication skills

• Full Australian working rights
