The Role

We're seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team working on premium residential construction projects. You'll be involved in all aspects of building from ground up to completion, working on unique custom homes where quality and attention to detail are paramount.

What You'll Be Doing

• Work on all aspects of residential construction including framing, fix-outs, decking, and roofing

• Complete builds from ground level through to final completion

• Deliver high-quality workmanship on premium custom residential projects

• Work independently and collaboratively across diverse building sites

• Apply creative problem-solving to construction challenges

• Maintain professional standards and meet project deadlines

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Trade qualification in Carpentry

• 3–5 years minimum experience in residential construction

• Own ute and full set of professional tools

• Valid White Card and driver's licence

• Keen eye for detail with commitment to quality workmanship

• Reliable, punctual, and organized work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
