Machine Operator - Day Shift - Northgate, Brisbane

Day shift, home by mid-afternoon! 6:00am to 2:15pm at a growing Northgate sheet metal manufacturer running the newest machines in the business.

We're looking for a Machine Operator to join our day shift team. Whether you're an experienced machine or flashings operator or just starting out with a forklift ticket in hand, we want to hear from you.

Starting rates at $33.05 - based on experience, and with room to grow as you build your skills.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you'll set up, operate and maintain flashing/folding equipment to produce quality sheet metal flashings and components to specification.

Key Responsibilities

●        Set up and operate flashing/folding machinery efficiently and safely

●        Read and interpret production schedules and job specifications

●        Monitor product quality and adjust as required

●        Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area

●        Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily targets

What You'll Bring

●        Experience operating flashing, folding or roll forming machinery (advantageous, not essential)

●        Forklift licence (essential)

●        Sheet metal manufacturing experience

●        High attention to detail and commitment to quality

●        A reliable, can-do attitude and team mindset
