Project Estimator | Commercial Aluminium Windows & Doors | Perth

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Estimator to join our team and play a key role in securing and delivering future projects.

This is more than a pricing role. You will be a critical contributor to project success, helping clients and project teams develop practical, commercially sound and technically robust solutions from tender stage through to project handover.

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for commercial aluminium window, door and glazing packages.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications and tender documentation

• Using V6 and Logikal to prepare accurate take-offs

• Preparing detailed estimates, quotations and tender submissions including qualifications & exclusions

• Obtaining and assessing supplier and subcontractor pricing

• Identifying project risks, opportunities and value-engineering solutions

• Liaising with builders, architects, consultants and clients

• Managing multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously

• Supporting tender negotiations and award processes

• Coordinating comprehensive handovers to drafting, procurement and project delivery teams

You are an organised and commercially minded estimator who enjoys solving problems, interpreting project requirements and contributing to successful project outcomes.

You will ideally have:

• Experience estimating aluminium windows and doors, glazing, facades, joinery or related building products

• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction documentation

• Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience using window industry software including V6 and Logikal

• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tenders simultaneously
