Our Registered Nurses

We are seeking aged care experienced and qualified Registered Nurses to join our team to support our brand new, state of the art aged care residence based in Langwarrin.

We are looking for people who will strive to maintain and enhance the health and well-being of our residents while offering them dignity, safety, and independence.

Skills & Requirements For The Role

To be considered for this role, we are looking for:

An understanding, empathy, appreciation and the ability to promote the values and ethos of For Purpose Aged CareCurrent unrestricted registration with AHPRAPolice Check within 12 monthsDemonstrated aged care experience preferredThe ability to work as part of a team and promote education/leadership in aged careUnderstanding of and commitment to continuous quality improvementExperience in assessments and developing care plans Assess, plan and implement client care within your scopeConsider physical, social and psychological requirementsCreate and update care plans to reflect developing needs of our residentsAn understanding of Aged Care Quality StandardsDemonstrated organisational and time management skillsDemonstrated well developed computer and documentation skillsExcellent communication and clinical problem-solving skillsConfidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
