The Role

At Cotton On, we're building a digital experience that inspires customers, strengthens brand connection, and fuels growth. As we continue to grow our USA business, we're looking for an exceptional digital leader to accelerate our next chapter.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving ecommerce performance, customer growth and digital innovation across the USA market. You'll bring together ecommerce, growth marketing, customer lifecycle, analytics and brand to create seamless customer experiences that drive both acquisition and retention.

Leading a talented team, you'll shape the digital growth strategy across paid media, CRM, loyalty, digital trading and customer experience while partnering closely with Brand, Creative and Merchandise to deliver connected customer journeys and commercial outcomes.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience leading ecommerce and digital growth within a retail, fashion or consumer brand.
• Deep expertise across growth marketing, customer acquisition, retention and lifecycle strategies.
• A strong track record of scaling online revenue and delivering sustainable business growth.
• Commercial acumen combined with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• A passion for using data, insights and experimentation to unlock growth opportunities.
