Portarlington Golf Club is seeking enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Food, Beverage & Gaming Attendants to join our team.

The Role

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will help create an outstanding experience for our members and guests while supporting the smooth operation of our bar, bistro, functions and gaming areas.

We have a number of vacancies available across our hospitality operations. Experience in bar service, bistro service, functions or gaming will be considered, and applicants are not required to have experience in every area.

Duties may include:

• Providing exceptional customer service

• Food and beverage service

• Bar operations and beverage preparation

• Gaming room service and compliance

• Function and event support

• Maintaining presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the venue

What We're Looking For

You will be:

• Experienced in a fast-paced hospitality environment

• Professional, reliable and well-presented

• Passionate about customer service

• A strong communicator with a positive "can-do" attitude

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

Essential Requirements

• Current Victorian RSA

• Previous experience in hospitality, including bar service

• Previous gaming experience highly regarded

• Strong attention to detail

• Positive and motivated work ethic

• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Mandatory: Evening and weekend availability.
