With a national network of over 150 clinics and more than 2,000 employees, this organisation plays a critical role in delivering essential healthcare services across Australia. The business continues to invest in growth, operational excellence, and process improvement, creating an excellent environment for ambitious finance professionals.

Role responsibilities:

• Manage month-end close processes, including journals, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and group reporting.

• Own payroll accounting, labour cost modelling, and associated reporting and analysis.

• Manage cost calculations, accruals, and reporting across the business.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of board reporting packs.

• Assist with statutory audits, consolidations, and financial control activities.

• Drive process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

About you:

• CA qualified with Big 4 or mid-tier audit experience highly regarded.

• Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting capability.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to partner with non-finance teams
