Data Entry / Administration Clerk

Western Free Stores are looking for data entry/ administrative clerk all-rounder to join our busy warehouse team.

The candidate:

To be successful in this role, it is imperative that you are outgoing, an excellent communicator, highly motivated, and extremely organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. You will be proactive and dedicated to working independently and as part of our team.

Position Prerequisites:

Prerequisites for this diverse role are:

• Experience in a similar role in the logistics industry.

• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office

• Excellent time management skills and high attention to detail

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Great customer service and telephone manner

Role and responsibilities:

• Process customer orders. 

• Organising 3PL pickups.

• Invoicing 

• Customer service

• Date entry 

• Ad hoc administrative duties as required.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have;

• A positive "can do" attitude

• Logistic experience is desirable

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Great attention to detail

• Computer literacy in Microsoft programs

• A professional appearance
