About the role
We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic chef to join our growing kitchen team at Pecks Road, Caroline Springs!
Day to day tasks include:
• Preparing, grilling and pressing gourmet deli sandwiches.
• Chopping vegetables, making sauces, stocking ingredients ahead of time
• Assisting with catering orders
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organisation
Minimum requirements:
• Cert III + IV in Commercial Cookery
• At least 2 years experience in commercial kitchen
• Australian citizen
• Works well in a team environment and has a cheerful attitude
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• High standard of hygiene and cleanliness
• Proactive and proficient with food prep and service
