Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):

The Deboner is responsible for efficiently and safely removing meat from poultry bones efficiently amongst a production line, using knives and specialized tools. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work at a fast pace, and strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards. 

Required Skills (Must-haves):

• Attention to detail

• Previous knife experience, operate hand tools and knives safely and correctly. 

• Be able to cut to specific specifications

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and biosecurity procedures at all times. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

Please note: Due to our strict biosecurity requirements, you must not have any birds, pigs or poultry at home and be willing to maintain our quarantine policy and procedures.
