We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Account Manager Interns and develop a career in financial markets.

• Communicate with clients and assist with daily follow-ups

• Support new client onboarding and account setup

• Learn how to manage client relationships in a real business environment

• Assist in tracking client activity and preparing reports

• Work closely with a driven and supportive team

• Native or bilingual Mandarin (Required) -- to serve our Mandarin-speaking client base

• Genuine interest in sales, trading, investment, or financial markets

• Comfortable with proactive client outreach

• Self-driven and target-oriented

• Existing network in Chinese investor community is a strong plus

• 💰 Compensation Structure

  • Commission-based earnings on client deposits and trading activity

  • Daily allowance (gift card) upon completing monthly KPIs -

  • Potential for full-time conversion with base salary + commission

  • Reference letter for outstanding performance

• Current Master's student or recent graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field

• Active in Chinese student community (e.g. social clubs, KOL, WeChat groups)

• Personal interest in trading (e.g. stocks, crypto, forex)

• Available for 1-3 months minimum
