What You’ll Be DoingTravel to homes and small businesses across Melbourne Metro and surrounding suburbsDiagnose and resolve a wide range of tech issues, including:Internet, email, printer, Wi-Fi, and router problemsPC and Mac troubleshootingMobile devices, smart TVs, and streaming servicesInstall and configure:Network equipment and Wi-Fi solutionsAntivirus, backup, and security systemsPerform virus and malware removal, system clean-ups, and performance optimisationProvide clear, friendly advice and easy-to-understand tech supportDeliver outstanding customer service and maintain accurate job recordsCommunicate professionally, including courtesy calls when arriving or delayed
What We’re Looking ForProven experience in IT support across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft 365, and Google WorkspaceStrong skills in hardware troubleshooting, software support, and home/small business networkingExcellent communication skills — able to explain technical solutions in simple termsReliable vehicle, own tools, and a laptop or tabletSmartphone (iPhone 8 or newer preferred)Full Australian working rightsPolice check (or willingness to obtain one)Public Liability Insurance (preferred for contractors)
