RAW CIVIL IS HIRING – MULTIPLE POSITIONS | IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE

Perth Metro | $40–$55/hr + Super | Long-Term, Consistent Work

RAW Civil is a proudly family-owned and operated civil construction company with a strong and growing pipeline of projects across the Perth metropolitan area. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for experienced, reliable people to join our crew ASAP!

• Grader Operator – IMMEDIATE START
  DIDO / Perth Metro

• Hybrid HR Water Truck Driver / Yard Hand – IMMEDIATE START
  Varied role suited to someone who is happy to jump in and help wherever required.

• Multi-Skilled Plant Operators – IMMEDIATE START
  Experience across one or more of the following:
  • Excavators
  • Loaders
  • Skid Steers
  • Rollers

Rates will be based on the position, experience, tickets and skill level of the successful applicant.

• Final trim experience highly regarded
• LPS and GPS experience a strong advantage
• Ability to read plans, set levels and work efficiently
• HR licence required for water truck roles and highly regarded for other positions
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport
• Multi-skilled operators are a big plus
• Physically fit and willing to assist with manual/site duties when required
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Pride in producing quality work
