We are looking for a Project Administrator Assistant to join our Project Management Office in our Wetherill Park office. 

• Assist the Project Management Office with all aspects of delivering products to market

• Updating and creating of data for new products and its dependencies within Haltech internal systems

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for inclusion in product packaging, on the Haltech website and Haltech Knowledge Base

• Setup and processing of orders with suppliers for raw materials for new projects

• Project Reporting

The ideal candidate would have:

• Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP system

• Computer proficiency within Microsoft applications

• Comfortable to work autonomously and proactively

• Ability to multi-task

• Good time management

• Ability to use Netsuite or similar ERP systems

• Ability to research and write product guides and related material

• General automotive performance and industry-related knowledge or interest
