Join our supportive residential property management team servicing Warragul, Drouin and the surrounding region, where you'll receive hands-on training, ongoing mentoring and genuine career progression.

We're looking for a motivated, organised and people-focused Routine Inspections Manager to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in property management. In this role, you'll take ownership of our routine inspection program while gaining valuable exposure to all aspects of residential property management. As your skills and confidence develop, you'll be supported to transition into a Property Manager role with your own portfolio.

You'll work closely with our experienced Property Managers and play an important role in delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.

Your responsibilities will include

• Conducting routine inspections across our residential rental portfolio.

• Preparing detailed and accurate inspection reports, including photographs and maintenance recommendations.

• Identifying maintenance issues and coordinating follow-up with landlords, tenants and trades.

• Liaising with landlords and tenants regarding inspection outcomes.

• Assisting with entry, exit and final inspections as required.

• Supporting the Property Management team with tenancy administration and day-to-day portfolio management.

• Responding to phone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

• Learning property management legislation, systems and industry best practice.

• Providing outstanding customer service to landlords and tenants.

What we offer

We offer a competitive salary package of $65,000-$75,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus KPI-based bonuses that reward performance and contribution.

This role includes Saturday work, with a rostered weekday off each week, providing flexibility while ensuring excellent service for our clients.

About you

You'll be enthusiastic, reliable and eager to build a successful career in real estate.

Ideally you'll have:

• A current Agent's Representative Certificate (or be eligible to obtain one).

• Previous real estate, property management, administration or customer service experience (preferred but not essential).

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Confidence using technology and learning new systems.

• A proactive, positive and professional attitude.

• The ability to work independently while also being part of a supportive team.

• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
