Early Childhood Trainee or Cert III

About the role

Full-time positions available in a small family owned child care centre in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.  A wonderful opportunity to foster your passion for children and education!  This is an excellent chance to join a friendly, vibrant and dynamic team environment. Key responsibilities

• Support children's learning through play and meaningful interactions

• Assist with routines: meals, rest time, nappy changing, toileting, transitions

• Help maintain a safe, clean, engaging environment

• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Contribute to documentation (with guidance for trainees)

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

About you

• Certificate III qualification or willingness to complete a traineeship

• Warm, patient, and reliable

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Current WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
