Pritchard Pacific, a well-established company, is expanding its portfolio of process cooling and heat transfer projects. We’re seeking motivated Mechanical Fitters to join our site teams, supporting the delivery of large-scale projects with safety, reliability, and teamwork at the core.

This position requires flexibility to work away from home from time to time and to undertake weekend work when required to meet project and site requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

·         Carry out mechanical fitting, installation, assembly and maintenance work

·         Work alongside Site Supervisors, tradespeople and engineers to deliver projects

·         Assist with the installation and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems

·         Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

·         Assist with materials, equipment and site preparation

·         Participate in site inductions, toolbox meetings and safety activities

·         Follow company and site-specific WHS procedures

·         Maintain clean, organised and safe work areas

·         Work across a variety of project sites as required

What You Bring

·         Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter – essential

·         Previous mechanical fitting, construction, industrial or project site experience

·         White Card (Construction Induction) – essential

·         Current driver’s licence

·         Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills

·         Ability to work effectively as part of a team

·         Reliable, safety-focused and willing to take responsibility for your work

·         Physically capable of undertaking hands-on site work

·         Australian working rights

Experience within industrial, process, cooling, mechanical installation or construction environments would be highly regarded.
