Credit Analyst / Mortgage Broker

The Role:

Candidates must have specific experience in residential mortgage lending to be considered for this position.

What the job involves:

• Reviewing loan applications and client financials, preparing credit strategies

• Supporting clients through residential and investment lending processes

• Working alongside a supportive broker and CSM team to ensure smooth settlements

• Developing skills in client relationship management and deal structuring

• Stepping into a broker pathway with mentorship and career progression opportunities

What we're looking for:

• Credit Analysts, loan processors, or junior brokers who would love to become a broker

• Minimum of 6-12 months experience in credit analysis or lending is required

• Strong analytical skills, client management, and attention to detail

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and keen to grow professionally

• Australian citizenship is required for this position

• Minimum Certificate III/IV qualification is required
