Electrician

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Electrician to join our growing team in Perth. This role is focused on high-quality residential installations, including solar PV systems, battery storage, and air conditioning systems.

You'll take the lead on-site, working alongside trade assistants and apprentices who support with labour and installation tasks—allowing you to focus on technical, skilled electrical work and system quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of:

  • Solar PV systems (grid-connected)

  • Battery energy storage systems (BESS)

  • Split system and ducted air conditioning

• Electrical wiring, terminations, and testing

• Switchboard upgrades and compliance work

• System commissioning and fault finding

• Completing compliance documentation (e.g. ESC, NOC)

• Supervising and directing trade assistants and apprentices

• Ensuring all work meets WA regulations and AS/NZS standards

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient worksite

What We're Looking For

• WA A-Grade Electrical Licence

• Experience in solar and/or battery installations (highly desirable)

• Experience with air conditioning installations (preferred)

• Strong understanding of AS/NZS 3000 and relevant standards

• Ability to lead a small team on-site

• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver's licence
