About the Opportunity

Please note: This is a short-term (part time 4 days per week) position until 31 December 2026

As the Partnership and Service Coordinator, you will lead the joint delivery of headspace services in collaboration with Neami National. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening partnership arrangements, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving high-quality outcomes for young people accessing mental health support.

Working with a high level of autonomy, you will oversee the implementation and performance of a Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring operational, clinical and compliance requirements are met while improving service integration and client outcome

You will:

• Lead coordination of referral pathways to ensure timely, appropriate care
• Oversee transitions between services and ensure SLA performance targets are met
• Manage joint operational processes, including meetings, reporting and service improvements
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, safety and privacy standards
• Lead joint case reviews, incident management and quality improvement initiatives
• Build strong partnerships with internal teams, external providers and community stakeholders
• Represent Anglicare NT in collaborative forums and partnership activities

To be successful you will bring:

• Relevant qualification in mental health or related field
• Demonstrated experience in mental health or community services, ideally within partnership models
• Proven ability to manage multi-agency collaborations or service agreements
• Strong understanding of clinical governance, compliance and risk management
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyse and use data to inform service improvement
