Sr. AI Growth Strategist

As a senior member of Edwin’s AI Growth organisation, you will also support the development of other AI Growth Strategists, contribute to customer engagement methodologies and playbooks, and help improve how Edwin delivers value at scale.

You will work closely with AI Impact, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and LogicMonitor Customer Success teams to ensure customers continuously realise value from Edwin while providing actionable feedback that shapes the future of the platform.

• 9+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, AI/ML, enterprise SaaS, or technical consulting, supporting complex enterprise customers.
• Demonstrated success owning strategic customer relationships and delivering measurable adoption, value realisation, retention, and growth outcomes.
• Experience working with senior and executive stakeholders and influencing decisions across complex customer organisations.
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand AI-driven solutions, observability platforms, integrations, APIs, automation, cloud environments, and enterprise operational workflows.
• Experience developing customer success plans, conducting Executive Business Reviews, measuring ROI, and proactively managing customer health and adoption.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional customer initiatives involving technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong consultative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes.
• Experience identifying expansion opportunities through customer adoption and demonstrated value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage both technical practitioners and executive leaders.
• Experience coaching or mentoring customer-facing professionals and contributing to team methodologies or best practices.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving, and high-growth environment.

• Experience with enterprise AI, AIOps, observability, cloud operations, automation, or digital transformation.
• Experience supporting customers through organisational and operational change associated with AI adoption.
• Familiarity with value realisation frameworks, maturity models, customer advocacy programmes, or AI adoption methodologies.
• Experience working with globally distributed enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.
