About the Role

Reporting to the Lead Interior Designer, you will drive the interior design of multiple projects across our national portfolio. You will take ownership of projects from concept design through documentation and construction, collaborating with architects, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes.

This role offers significant influence over design direction where you will shape design standards, mentor Junior Designers and deliver commercially strong outcomes across residential, hospitality, lifestyle and mixed-use projects.

Duties

• Lead interior design projects from concept through to construction and project completion.

• Develop innovative design concepts, presentations and client-ready design solutions.

• Prepare and coordinate technical documentation, finishes selections and specifications.

• Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors and project teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.

• Influence design quality, functionality and user experience across a range of developments.

• Manage consultant coordination and stakeholder communication throughout project delivery.

• Work closely with our in-house construction company to ensure design intent is maintained during construction.

• Mentor and support Junior Designers while fostering a culture of design excellence.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design standards, systems and processes.

Skills & Experience

• Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or equivalent.

• Proven experience delivering projects from concept through construction.

• Advanced Revit capability and strong technical documentation skills.

• Experience working across residential, hospitality, lifestyle or mixed-use developments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

• A collaborative approach and passion for mentoring others.
