At Truckline, we're proud of our people and the role they play in keeping Australia's commercial vehicles moving. We're currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our Dubbo team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building customer relationships and delivering outstanding service. Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring the correct parts are sourced and supplied quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and identify customer parts requirements
• Provide exceptional service to trade, workshop and retail customers
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities
• Maintain and develop strong customer relationships
• Liaise with suppliers to source parts and manage availability
• Work closely with warehouse and service teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Assist with inventory enquiries and stock control activities
• Contribute to achieving branch sales and customer service targets

What You'll Need

• Previous Parts Interpreter experience is highly regarded
• Experience within automotive, truck, agricultural, machinery, industrial or related industries will be highly regarded
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Good computer literacy and administration skills
• Current driver's licence
• Mechanical aptitude or an interest in vehicles and equipmen
