About the Role 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join our Brisbane branch located at Acacia Ridge, to fulfil the role of Service Manager. This full-time, permanent role involves leading and managing a dynamic team of field service technicians. The primary purpose of this role is to foster and promote a “Yes We Can” attitude, representing Hydrochem positively and professionally. You’ll have the autonomy to oversee the day-to-day operations of the field service team, schedule resources, interface with customers, implement strategies for improvement, and work closely with other managers to meet and exceed our contractual requirements. 

The Opportunity 

• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to empower your team to excel. 

• Drive performance improvement by collaborating with your team and other branches to achieve state proficiency targets and high customer satisfaction levels. 

• Lead a field services team in a safe, customer-focused work environment, ensuring high levels of training, knowledge, and process optimisation. 

• Plan daily work to maximise focus on Hydrochem products and services. 

About You 

• You have 3+ years of experience in a similar role. 

• You can develop and drive employee performance at a branch level. 

• You bring strong leadership experience and foster a positive team culture. 

• You’re committed to delivering exceptional customer service. 

• You have a strong commitment to safety and compliance. 

• You can build and maintain effective relationships at all levels. 

• An understanding of Water Treatment services is essential.
