Yard Hand

Our client is a leading manufacturer within the construction and industrial sector and is currently seeking experienced Yard Hands / Forklift Operators to join their busy Redbank operation.

Working within a fast-paced production and dispatch environment, you will play a key role in supporting yard operations, loading and unloading vehicles, stock movements, and maintaining safe and efficient workflow throughout the site.

Available Shifts

Day Shift

• Monday to Friday

• 5:00am – 1:00pm

• $38-$40 per hour casual

Night Shift

• Sunday to Thursday

• 9:00pm – 5:00am

• $48-$52hr Casual (inclusive of night shift loading)

• Operating forklifts to move materials safely throughout the yard

• Loading, unloading and positioning trucks and trailers

• Assisting with dispatch, receivals and stock movements

• Supporting production and yard operations

• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

• Current LF Forklift Licence

• MC Truck Licence with Road Ranger gearbox experience (essential)

• Experience in manufacturing, transport, logistics or heavy industrial environments

• Confidence handling long, heavy and awkward loads safely

• Reliable, safety-focused and able to work day or night shift rosters

• Ongoing stable employment (Leading to FULL TIME)
