Administrator (Plant & Equipment) - Maternity Cover

Now, Regal is looking for a highly organised and proactive Plant & Equipment Administrator to join our Administration team for a 12-month maternity cover.
This is a varied role where you’ll coordinate plant, machinery, vehicles, tools and equipment across multiple states, while supporting our project and site teams to keep operations running smoothly. Our expected salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per annum plus superannuation.
You’ll work closely with senior management, project teams, HSEQ, accounts, employees, suppliers, mechanics and service providers, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting things done.
We’d love to hear from you if you:Have previous experience in plant and equipment, fleet, administration, procurement or a similar roleAre highly organised with excellent time-management and attention to detailHave strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence managing calls and stakeholder interactionsAre proactive, practical and solutions-focused, with strong problem-solving and follow-up skillsCan manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressureAre comfortable working independently while also contributing to a collaborative teamHave intermediate Microsoft Office skillsHave experience with Fleetio, Continia, Procore and/or Business Central (desirable)Enjoy working with a diverse range of people, including site teams, mechanics, suppliers and service providersAre confident coordinating tasks across multiple states and job sites
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:Maintain accurate plant, equipment and vehicle records using Fleetio, including registrations, insurance and telematics.Coordinate breakdowns, servicing, repairs, transport and insurance claims across NSW, VIC and QLD.Manage procurement processes, including quotes, purchase orders, invoices, new equipment, tools and warranty claims.Coordinate the onboarding, allocation and offboarding of plant, equipment, vehicles and staff.Respond to site alerts and liaise with project teams, suppliers, mechanics and service providers to resolve issues promptly.Monitor and maintain plant compliance, including risk assessments, calibrations, GPS rover servicing and backflow testing.Coordinate weekly plant and resource allocations across projects and job sites.Manage stock of machinery keys, padlocks, grease and other operational supplies.Provide general administrative support to site teams and senior management, managing multiple priorities across states.
