About The Role

The role of Sales Support Staff is to support the Onsite management to achieve the company vision and successfully implement our strategy to be the trade’s most valuable partner. Here you’ll have a future you can feel good about.

What can you expect?

Answering of telephone enquiries from customersProcess customers requests for delivery / release of orders for next day dispatchDeliver prompt responses to customer enquiries on stock availability and technical informationLiaising with suppliers for pricing and product availabilityLogging of After Sales requests and associated follow-upEnsure stock levels are maintained in line with Onsite stock management system and proceduresEmbracing the Reece values, policies and procedures and being a supportive team memberProcessing and exporting mining ordersProject ManagingProject Estimating

Skills And Experience

People skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff, colleagues and customers.Strong interpersonal skills - to establish a productive working relationship with all staff and customersWillingness to 'have a go'Great personal and workplace presentationProficient with Microsoft Windows programs including, Word, Outlook and Excel
