The Opportunity
As an Assistant Educator at Pakenham, you will:

• Work across multiple rooms  supporting daily routines and learning
• Contribute to a play-based curriculum aligned with the EYLF
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Support the implementation of inclusive practices for all children
• Assist Room Leaders and Teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences

About You

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
• 1-2 years experience working within the Early Childhood sector
• Strong understanding of the EYLF and early learning environments
• A collaborative, flexible, and positive approach
• Passion for building meaningful relationships with children and families
• Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
