The Opportunity

Expression of Interest – Change Analysts

We are anticipating several upcoming requirements for experienced Change Analysts to support technology and business transformation programs across a range of leading Australian organisations. These will either be contract or permanent engagements with hybrid working arrangements and the potential for extensions.

What You’ll Typically Work On

Supporting the delivery of change activities across technology and business transformation programsPreparing change artefacts such as impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, communications, and training materialPartnering with Change Leads, Project Managers, SMEs, and broader program teamsCoordinating engagement activities including workshops, briefings, and readiness checksMaintaining documentation, tracking actions, and supporting adoption activities across complex environmentsContributing to implementation planning, user readiness, and post-go-live reviews

About You

Experience delivering or supporting change across technology programsExposure to multiple industries or organisational settings (e.g., Financial Services, Government, Higher Education, Utilities, Corporate)Strong documentation skills and a structured approach to capturing change impacts and stakeholder needsConfidence engaging with stakeholders at various levelsThe ability to work in fast-paced, complex transformation environmentsExcellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
