RETAIL MAKEUP EXPERT

As the Retail Makeup Expert you will have a ‘Can Do’ attitude. You will aim to consistently achieve targets in sales and customer service. You will be a strong sales and makeup expert, that can empower and engage customers with a focus on continuous learning and your own development.

• Achieve individual and contribute to the overall teams sales results as per set targets and promotional launches.
• Ensure that all customers are provided the DREAM standards of service
• Maintain a high level of personal and store presentation in line with Napoleon Perdis standards
• Previous Retail experience in high turnover store is preferred
• Provide effective and efficient support to the team for all store operations
• Certificate, Diploma and/or Industry experience
