Equipment Planner

The Role

We are currently seeking an Equipment Planner to join our existing team working from our Kewdale facilities on an 8:6 days roster. In this permanent full time role, you will be responsible for:  

• Scoping and planning company asset allocations while ensuring efficiency and on‑time execution as per client request
• Driving continuous improvement of the Auto Allocator system, enhancing asset preference and overall utilisation outcomes
• Producing daily and weekly allocation reports, monitoring hire progress and escalating delays
• Processing invoices, resolving billing discrepancies, managing damage claims and negotiate repair costs to minimise project spend
• Engaging with stakeholders, raise purchase orders, and provide management with insights on asset‑procurement opportunities

What You Will Need

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role, with the ability to demonstrate: 

• Analytical skills and the ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas
• Administrative experience
• Experience using ERMS, Concur, Pronto, Amex, SAP is advantageous
• Highly developed organisation and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
