Demonstrated experience as a Leading hand or desire to step up into the roleExperience in subdivisions with coverage of Bulk earthworks, pipe infrastructure, civils and roadworksability to read and interpret construction plansStrong leadership, communication and organisational skillsConstruction Industry Card (White / Blue)Current Driver LicenceVarious plant machinery tickets will be highly regardedStrong commitment to Quality and Safety standards
