We are seeking an experienced Wellbeing, Safety & Environment (WSE) Partner to join oOh!media’s People & Culture team. Reporting directly to the Head of WSE, you will lead and drive health, safety, and environmental outcomes across our operations in Australia and New Zealand.

In this senior role, you will act as a key advisor to functional leaders, site managers, and operational teams—driving cultural change, embedding WSE strategy, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on operational support in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Strategy & Leadership: Deploy and execute WSE strategy and management systems across multiple geographically diverse sites, coaching and influencing leaders to strengthen safety accountability.
• Critical Risk Management: Drive hazard and risk management processes across multi-site operations, maintaining oversight of critical risks including roadside/traffic management, contractor management, machine/equipment safety, chemical safety, and working at height.
• Incident Prevention & Injury Management: Lead incident responses, regulatory notifications, and ICAM investigations to drive corrective learnings. Support injury management through effective rehabilitation and Return-To-Work (RTW) programs.
• Wellbeing Strategy: Support the ongoing development, implementation, and evolution of proactive mental health, employee wellbeing, and psychosocial risk initiatives.
• Assurance & Continuous Improvement: Plan, coordinate, and execute internal/external WSE audits aligned to ISO standards. Maintain strong regulatory relationships, drive system improvements, and support enabling safety technologies.

What you’ll bring:

• Leadership Experience: Proven track record in a WSE leadership role within manufacturing, industrial, asset-based, or multi-site commercial environments across ANZ.
• Technical & Legislative Knowledge: Deep understanding of Australian and New Zealand WHS and environmental legislation, WSE frameworks, and psychosocial risk management.
• Standards & Assurance: Practical experience with ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 management systems and related audit/assurance programs.
• Incident Investigation: Demonstrated experience managing incidents, risk, regulatory engagements, and formal training in incident investigation methodologies (e.g., ICAM or equivalent).
• Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Work Health & Safety, Risk Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Core Traits: Engaging, outcome-focused leader with a solution-oriented mindset, strong coaching capability, and a passion for embedding physical and mental wellbeing.
