About the role As a Front of House - Wine Specialist, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service while sharing your enthusiasm for wine with our guests.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering warm, professional and engaging table service.
- Recommending wines and confidently discussing our wine list.
- Assisting guests with food and wine pairings.
- Supporting wine tastings, events and promotions.
- Working closely with the kitchen and front of house team to deliver seamless service.
- Maintaining high presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the venue.
About you You'll be someone who enjoys connecting with people and has a genuine passion for food, wine and hospitality.
Ideally you'll have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant or wine-focused front of house role.
- Strong wine knowledge or a genuine passion to continue learning.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A current RSA.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- A positive attitude and a team-first approach.
