• Performance Guru: Monitor team performance ensuring teams are achieving outcomes, celebrate wins, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Patient Hero: Prescribe personalised treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Data Dynamo: Track patient progress and outcomes, preparing detailed reports to share with relevant stakeholders.
• Referrer Engagement: Regularly meet with referral network to grow referral volumes and caseloads for your team.
