Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Centre Cook to join our team in Katherine, Northern Territory. This temporary full-time role is essential for providing nutritious and balanced meals for children in our care, ensuring their dietary needs are met while promoting healthy eating habits. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to creating a safe and welcoming environment for young children.
The Opportunity:
As the Early Childhood Cook, you will be responsible for planning, preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks for children aged 0-5 years in accordance with the Australian Dietary Guidelines, food safety requirements and our centre philosophy.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating healthy meals, has a passion for children’s wellbeing and takes pride in maintaining high standards of food safety and kitchen management.
