Restaurant Manager

Must have prior experience as a restaurant manager (The job is for an experienced restaurant manager).

Specials : Make aware to all the floor staff about all the specials and any changes to the menus.

Shifts are to be handed over correctly with the right duties. Staff should be Hired, trained and supervised.

To allocate sections to all the staff and make sure all the reservations are maintained in a organised manner.

Customer service: Ensure guests receive excellent service, respond to queries, and resolve problems professionally.

Cleaning: You are responsible for the day to day cleaning tasks and to make sure that all aspects of cleaning in the restaurant/bar are undertaken accordingly. You are to allocate cleaning duties to floor staff and follow up tasks are done.

You are responsible for correct operation and procedures of the transactions and to greet the customers.

To coordinate with the kitchen staff as well as well as the floor staff.

You are required to work on the public holidays as well and maintain rosters.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
