What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Entry-Level Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be trained to support a portfolio of clients by assisting with freight bookings, quotations, and delivery coordination. You'll gain hands-on experience in logistics operations while delivering outstanding customer service.
Your daily tasks will include:

• Assisting with freight bookings and scheduling
• Preparing basic quotations and consignment notes
• Coordinating the transit and delivery of goods
• Communicating with clients to provide updates and assist with changes to jobs
• Answering phone and email enquiries promptly
• Building positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Providing support to your team and learning on the job
• Ensuring excellent customer service in all interactions

What We’re Looking For:

You don’t need prior logistics experience; we’ll provide full training. However, the following attributes will help you succeed:

• A genuine interest in logistics, freight, or supply chain
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• A positive, proactive mindset

A qualification in logistics and supply chain is highly regarded but not essential.
