About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Rollforming Specialist to join our Manufacturing team at our Cheviot Road facility in Adelaide. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for setting up and operating rollforming machinery, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong mechanical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills and a passion for precision manufacturing.

Key Deliverables / Responsibilities

1. Set up and operate rollforming machinery from scratch for a range of production runs.
2. Interpret technical drawings and conduct metrology inspections to ensure products meet quality specifications.
3. Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues to minimise downtime and maximise production efficiency.
4. Monitor machine performance and maintain daily production output targets.
5. Carry out routine machine adjustments and basic maintenance activities.
6. Maintain a safe, organised and compliant work environment in accordance with WHS requirements.

1. Demonstrated experience setting up and operating rollforming machinery in a manufacturing environment.
2. Strong ability to read and interpret engineering and manufacturing drawings.
3. Experience using precision measuring equipment and performing metrology inspections.
4. Sound mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
5. Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Pre-Employment Requirements

Candidates must pass a pre-employment medical check conducted by our appointed occupational health provider to assess their ability to perform essential job duties and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
