About the role

We are seeking passionate, sales-driven Senior Sales Assistants to join our newest and biggest store at Macquarie. For us, exceptional customer care and strong sales results go hand in hand — when you genuinely understand what a customer needs and guide them to the right product, the sale follows naturally.

We don't just sell pyjamas; we sell the ultimate experience of luxury and comfort. We're looking for customer-obsessed individuals with a knack for styling and a genuine drive to help every customer walk away with exactly what they came for — and more.

What you'll be doing

• Getting to know each customer so you can guide them to the right product — and the next one

• Turning genuine, personalised service into upsells, add-ons and closed sales

• Hitting individual and store sales targets and KPIs, shift after shift

• Keeping the store looking as good as the product

• Supporting stock, replenishment and the wider team

• A track record of hitting sales targets in retail or fashion

• A natural at reading customers and closing the sale — without being pushy

• Strong styling eye and product knowledge (or keen to learn fast)

• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays

• Someone who genuinely loves people, and providing an exceptional customer experience
